Allison is back in the studio to fill us in on ALL THINGS Ice Jam at the Dam! The Rivers Project's second annual Ice Jam at the Dam is an outdoor, winter-themed festival to promote outdoor recreation and celebrate all things icy along the river. At 10:10 we are talking with Steven and Adam to get the latest on Alton Family Martial Arts & Fitness! Alton Family Martial Arts & Fitness has truly become a staple of the Riverbend by positively impacting the community by sharing martial arts. They aim to provide high-quality instructors to teach in a safe and friendly environment.
