Why No Local Food Trucks?

Why No Local Food Trucks? Out of the more than a dozen food trucks at Saturday’s Liberty Bank Alton Amphitheater Food Truck Festival, none were from Alton or the surrounding Riverbend communities.  Alton Mayor Brant Walker says that is because rules put in place at the county level prohibits the operation of food trucks in the county on a regular basis.
