Illinois picked up an 89-64 win over St. Francis (NY) last night at Assembly Hall. The Fighting Illini moved to 2-and-0 on the young season with the victory. Tyler Griffey led the Illini with 17 points – Tracy Abrams added 15 – Brandon Paul chipped in with 14 on the night.
Illinois heads to Honolulu next to face Hawaii Friday night. The broadcast time (Friday) will be 11 pm here on Z-1570.
