Marlon Sr

Marlon Delyn Johnson Sr. age 36 received his angel wings on Friday January 29, 2016 at Alton Memorial Hospital. He was the son of Felesha (Johnson) Freeman born on October 18, 1979  Alton, Illinois. (She survives). He was a graduate of Alton High school.  Marlon was employed as a manager for Golden Corral Restaurant for the last 10 years. He possessed great leadership skills and loved to be with family and friends. He is survived by his mother Felesha, his step-father Roosevelt Freeman, 2 sons Marlon D. Johnson Jr. and Johnathan D. Johnson, 4 brothers Roosevelt Freeman III, Christopher (Shondealyn) Williamson, Roderick Nelson, John (Jonyce) "Haynes, 4 sisters, Shirley Johnson, Latrisha (Williamson) Cooley, Alesha and Katrina Freeman, aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, specials friends, James Nicholas Darion Jimison, Tameka Carter, Mrs. Ann Smith his co-workers and many friends.He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Alvoid Young, grandmother Bobbie(Jackson) Freeman, 2 aunts Shirley (Johnson)Terry and Lakiesha Dorsey.Visitation Monday February 8, 2016 from noon until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Cathy M. Williams & Sons Funeral Home in Alton.  Rev. Anthony Hinton Eulogist.  Cremation rites will be accorded.
