Lee Lewis, 53, passed away at 8:31 am on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at OSF St. Anthony’s Hospital in Alton, IL..
He was born in Alton, IL on August 23, 1961 to Vic Wunderlich he resides in Missouri, and to the late Pat Lewis Inlow.
Lee married Kathy J. (Dixon) on August 19, 1989 in Alton, Il. She survives .
He was a member of the Alton Moose, and enjoyed being a craftsman. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends. Lee was known for being a real people person.
He is survived by his wife; Kathy. three children; Heidi Nation of Oklahoma, Victor and his spouse Kristin Lewis of Wood River, IL and Brittany Lewis of South Roxana, IL, three grandchildren; Katie, Ashley and Ashton, three brothers; Jerry, Mike and Paul Lewis, three sisters; Val and Tricia Lewis and Bobbie and her spouse Jason Tetidrick and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton, where funeral services will be on Thursday, at 11 am at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton, with Pastor Eddie West officiating.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association and or American Lung Associaiton.
