Gary L. Wiser I, 53, of South Roxana, IL, died at 4:00 p.m. Wed. Sept. 3, 2014 at Alton Nursing & Rehab in Alton, IL.
He was born Dec. 13, 1960 in Alton to Virgilene (Andrus) Wiser of Alton and the late Glenn Wiser.
Gary was a bus driver for the Alton School district and for IL Central.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by: a son, Gary L. Wiser II of South Roxana, a half-brother, Dale Wiser of Godfrey and a step-sister, Dena Rea of South Roxana.
The family will hold a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. Mon. Sept. 15, 2014 at Bethel General Baptist Church, 820 S. Prairie, Bethalto, IL.
