Frank Ronald Veverka, 82, died at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Alton Memorial Hospital. Born January 14, 1942 in Memphis, TN, he was the son of Frank Veverka Jr. and Ada Ann “Violet” (Andrews) Veverka.
Mr. Veverka retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Tech Sergeant. He then worked for A.G. Edwards as a computer programmer. He is survived by two daughters, Ariel “Kie” Veverka (Elaine Mello) of Waltham, MA and Karen Darlene Veverka of Baltimore, MD, a son, Wolf-Mark Veverka (Jessica) of Alton, a grandchild, Willow Seva Veverka, a sister, Veada DePaw (Richard), four nieces, and Cynthia Veverka (nee Francis), his wife of 62 years.
