Brad E. Lynn, 38, passed away at 9:25 pm on Monday, January 23, 2012.
He was born on May 26, 1973 in Alton, IL, the son of Gary E. and Jean M. (Brunstein) Lynn.
He married Robin E. Lawhon on February 19, 2000 in Alton. She survives.
Brad graduated from Marquette High School and Eastern Illinois University. He was president of Lynn Tractor and Equipment Company, Inc. He was involved in the family business all his life. He was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Bethalto. He was a member of the Godfrey Sportsman Club. He enjoyed hunting, camping and most of all, spending time with his son Ryan, who was the highlight of his life. Brad was an amazing father, husband, son, brother and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his wife and his mother, Jean of Godfrey, he is survived by his son, Ryan P. Lynn of Bethalto; a sister and brother-in-law, Kimberly and Rob Fatima of Bloomington, IL and his nephews, Jake and Grant Fatima.
He was preceded in death by his father.
A memorial visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto.
Private services will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church with Father Tom Liebler officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ryan Lynn Scholarship Fund at Regions Bank, 347 West Main Street, East Alton, Illinois 62024.
