Ruby F. Rhoads, 86, passed away at 5:30 am Wednesday December 12, 2011 at Bent-Wood Nursing Center in Florissant, MO.
She was born on August 1, 1925 in Annapolis, MO the daughter of Jonce & Effie (Charleton) Fancher.
She married William A. Rhoads in March 1953 in St. Louis, MO and he preceded her in March 2002.
She is survived by a two sons and a daughter-in-law and three daughters and two sons-in-law, James & Quin Moore, Sandy & Darryl Branson, Bob Rhoads, Christine & Everett Shy and Norma Davis; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; one sister, Sylvia Fannings, a brother-in-law, Gene Rhoads.
Visitation will be from 12 pm until time of funeral services at 2 pm Friday December 23, 2011 at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton.
Burial will follow at Upper Alton Cemetery in Alton.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
