Donna Jean Dover, 53, passed away at 1:31 am Saturday December 10, 2011 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
She was born on March 17, 1958 in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of the late Don & Gertrude (Moss) Charleville.
She married Matthew Charles Dover on July 27, 1986 in Edwardsville. He survives.
She worked at Olin Corporation for 23 years and retired in 2006. She loved animals, gardening cooking and being with children.
In addition to her husband, Matt Dover, she is survived by three children, David Charleville of East Alton, and Jamie & Cody Dover of Moro; one step-son, Shane Stoddard of South Hampton, PA; two step grandchildren, Sadie & Bailey Stoddard; two sisters, Debbie Hill of Missouri and Sue Newman of Kentucky; and one niece, Tina Simmons of Kentucky.
In celebration of her life, visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Thursday December 15, 2011 at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto where funeral services will be held at 11 am Friday.
Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
