Jessie Scott Outhouse, age 29, died at 6:00 pm, Monday, June 13, 2011, at his home.
He was born on February 19, 1982, in Alton to Bryan K. Outhouse and Sharon Starkey Hosford and they survive.
Jessie married Michelle Seabaugh on August 8, 2003 at Virginia Beach, VA.
He served his country in the US Navy served on the USS Constellation overseas near Iran and the Pacific. He was an explosive specialist in the Navy for three and half years and continued his career in explosives at Midwest Explosives Professionals in Fosterburg, IL. Jessie graduated from Wood River High School in 2001.
He is survived by his mother and step father Sharon and Randy Hosford of Alton, his father Bryan Outhouse of Joliet, IL, one step son Jacob Mustain of Wood River, sister Heather Hosford of Alton, maternal grandparents Donna and Don Hull of East Alton, paternal grandparents Mary and Kenneth Outhouse of East Alton.
Jessie was preceded by grandfather James Starkey, step grandmother Wilma Hosford, and his uncle Richard Starkey.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm, Thursday, June 16, 2011 at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home, in Alton IL. Services will be on Friday, June 17, 2011 at 1:00 pm, at the funeral home, with Pastor Terry McKinzie officiating.
Burial will follow at Upper Alton Cemetery in Alton
