Ricky D. Bazzell, 57, passed away Friday, March 25, 2011 at his home. He was born Dec. 16, 1953 in Alton to Floyd and Dorothy (Henson) Bazzell.
Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, Dustin and Jennifer Bazzell and James Bazzell, all of Wood River, and Lee and Jenny Bazzell of Roxana; 7 grandchildren, Brennen, Bryce, Taylor, Courtney, Ethan, Nicholas and Evan; a brother and sister-in-law, Dick and Kat Bazzell of Godfrey; his ex-wife Mary Jane Kelley of Wood River; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Don Taul.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, March 28 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights. Cremation will follow.
Memorials may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.
