Deanna L. Brown, 65, went to be with the Lord with her family by her side at 7:20 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2011.
Born July 29, 1945 in Alton, she was a daughter of Donald and Dolores (McGibbany) Davis.
She owned and operated Catering by Deanna until she retired in 2000.
Survivors include a daughter, Kelly Brown of Bethalto; three sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin and Kay Brown of Cottage Hills and Kerry and Susan Brown and Kurt and Tonya Brown, all of Bethalto; her companion, Steve Hard of Bethalto; grandchildren Michael, Jackie, Bethany, Stephen, Krista, Matt, Jake, Jacob, David, Danny, Kayla, Nathan, Chris, Andrew, Jason and Nick; great grandchildren Melina, Mariah, Trae and Elijah; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Dee Dodson, Trish and Dale Norris, and Gaye and Kevin Pruett, all of Rosewood Heights; and a brother and sister-in-law, Don and Cindy Davis of Wood River.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Dona June Myers and Becky Franklin.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, March 10 at Paynic Home for Funerals, where runeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 11.
Burial will follow at Woodland Hill Cemetery in East Alton.
Memorials may be given to the American Liver Foundation.
