Randall W. Allen, age 54, passed away at 7:00 am Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Jerseyville, IL on April 3, 1956 son of late Kenneth Allen and Marjorie (Hines) Allen, she survives.
He married Maria (Angie) Scheffel on December 22, 2000 in Las Vegas, NV and she survives.
Randall loved his wife and family, especially his grandchildren, and will be dearly missed. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and camping, as well as traveling and vacationing.
He is survived by his one son, Brad and his wife Mary Allen of O’fallon MO, one daughter, Karen and her husband Karl vonWolfseck of West Plains MO, one step son, John and his wife Emily Scheffel of Columbia IL, and one step daughter, Barbara Scheffel and her husband Bryan Clark of Alton, IL; Six grandchildren, Carter and Sam Allen, Owen vonWolfseck, Madelyn Davis, and Brenna and Gabrielle Clark; one sister Darla and her husband Gary Towell of Caufield Mo, two brothers, Kevin Allen of Brighton, IL, and Brian Allen of Cottage Hills, IL.
A Memorial Visitation will be 1:00pm to 4:00pm Saturday December 18, 2010 at Elias Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association .
