Donna Gonzales

Donna R. Gonzales, 70, passed away at 8:26 pm Monday January 4, 2010 at Bethalto Care Center in Bethalto. She was born March 26, 1939 in Alton, the daughter of Lester & Helen "Aileen" (Vickery) Little.

She married Felix Gonzales in Alton in October 1960. He survives. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and especially loved children and animals.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Phillip & Julie Gonzales, two grandchildren, Anthony & Alina Gonzales, all of Edwardsville; and one sister and brother-in-law, Sandy & Roy Thiebaud of Bluffton, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents.

In celebration of her life, visitation will be from 12 pm until time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m. Friday January 8, 2009 at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memorial Park Cemetery in Godfrey. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the family for flowers.
