Dawn Rhoades

Dawn M. Rhoades, 41, passed away at 5pm on Friday, November 6, 2009 at Alton Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 21, 1968 in Shelbyville, Illinois the daughter of the late Benjamin F. and Lois (McMahon) Rhoades. Survivors include one daughter: Casey Ann Simons of Cottage Hills, Illinois and one son: Christopher D. Simons of Cottage Hills, Illinois and a special friend: Melisa Goheen of Madison, Illinois.

She was formerly a caregiver at Beverly Farm Foundation.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother: Frederick E. Rhoades.

In accordance with her wishes cremation rites will be accorded. In celebration of her life, memorial visitation will be from 5pm until time of reflection services at 7pm on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River.
