Alberta L. Blackard entered the Kingdom of our Lord on Wednesday, May 27, 2009.
Loving wife of 60 years to Robert, beloved mother to Randy (Mary) Blackard, Jody Proctor (Tom Busken), and Donna Blackard (Michael Cramer). Alberta was "Grandma" to six: Keith Blackard, Heather Blackard (Tyler Basye), Gary Proctor II (preceded her in death), Ashleigh (Shawn) Badalamenti, Rebekka Darner (Angelo Soto), and Allen (Sarah) Frey. She was "GG" to eight great-grandchildren: Freedom, Ryan, Shawn, Ethan, Shayne, Jake (preceded her in death), Karina and Tyce.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at 2 pm until a memorial service at 6 pm at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home, 727 E. Bethalto Blvd., Bethalto, IL.
Memorials may be given to a Charity of One's Choice.
