Lawrence Scott

Lawrence "Larry" Scott, 61, died at 3:22 p.m. Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at V.I.P. Manor in Wood River. Born July 26, 1947, in Wood River, he was the son of Robert L. and Iva Brown Scott. He is survived by his sister, Joyce Sunderland and her husband Bill of Bethalto, a nephew, Michael Sunderland of Alton, a niece, Heather Greenlee and her husband Danny of Bethalto, a great niece, Isabella Greenlee and a great nephew, Eric Sunderland. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. Reverend Dr. Philip Kittle will officiate. Burial will be at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
