A unique exhibit is coming to the Mineral Springs Mall in Alton later this year and the curator is currently accepting submissions. Eric Stauffer of Dark Horse Art Works is the man behind the exhibit titled Absence of Color. He says the idea to host an exhibit of only black and white paintings came to him while he was strolling around the mall.
