The Illinois Department of Transportation has reopened several roads that had been closed due to flooding. Highway 96 through Mozier in Calhoun County is now open again, and so is Illinois Route 100 through Jersey County. The Brussels Ferry is also open again between Jersey and Calhoun Counties.
The Winfield Ferry reopened on Wednesday across the Mississippi River but the Grafton Ferry remains closed due to flooding.
