The head of the Illinois Education Association isn't convinced Governor Pat Quinn would get a passing grade for his performance since taking office. IEA President Cinda Klickna asked the Governor to rate himself at event in Chicago last week.
Quinn joked at first and said his mom would give him and A-plus, then he answered straight forward and said he took office at one of the roughest times in Illinois history.

In addition to those comments, Quinn also threw in jabs at GOP candidate Bruce Rauner when possible. He also told the group of teachers, retired teachers, and future teachers not to compare him to the Almighty, but to the alternative, then pointed to Rauner.
