If you are in need of legal help and are from a limited income household in Madison County then you are in luck. The Third Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee continues to offer free legal appointments held in the Legal Advice Center of the Madison County Law Library due the popularity of the program in the recent past.

In addition to the free appointments, these attorneys also volunteer to teach 1-hour sessions on changes to the law to other attorneys who provide free legal advice. Circuit Judge Barb Crowder tells The Big Z attorneys in Illinois have mandatory continuing legal education requirements.
