Madison County State's Attorney Tom GibbonsA popular anti-drug poster contest returns this fall.  Madison County State's Attorney Tom Gibbons says the contest is in conjunction with Red-Ribbon Week, which runs October 23-31.  Students in grades 3-5 are encouraged to participate, so Gibbons is inviting kids to get started on their posters now.

He says this year's theme is "Love Yourself. Be Drug-Free."
