The Hope Institute for Children and Families says it's presenting a "corrective action plan" to ensure safety but the investigation into its Springfield residential sites will reportedly continue.  The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and the Illinois Department of Human Services say the state agencies "are working jointly to ensure the safety, security and well-being of the children and young adults at Hope Institute."

The "State Journal-Register" reports the Springfield residential sites are under review for potential abuse and neglect.  There have been no charges filed.
