The Illinois Department of Transportation will continue its “Listening Tour” today at Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey as the agency travels the state to discuss the future of Illinois’ infrastructure.  The tour seeks input from local leaders and the public about what roadwork needs to be done, and how to pay for it.

Blankenhorn says they also want to discuss transportation jobs and rail service.  Several stops are scheduled this month, including today’s event at Lewis & Clark Community College.  The Riverbend session will convene at 2pm in the Trimpe Building.  You can find other dates and times by following the link
