The first student housing complex for Lewis and Clark Community College is nearing completion. Roof trusses will be installed later this week and developers expect Trailblazer Commons to be finished by August 15th. Contegra Construction is in charge of the three-story, 84-bed development which includes 44 private rooms in addition to the rooms that will be shared.

Each room will be outfitted with furniture and a 42-inch LED television with a connection to Charter Cable as dictated by the terms of an agreement with Contegra. The complex is located next to LCCC at 820 Elm Street and the cost to rent a bed will be $475 per student. For more information visit www.trailblazercommons.com.
