Pere Marquette State Park in Grafton will sponsor a series of free eagle programs beginning next month.  The tours kick off January 3 and will run until early March focusing on areas in the park and also stops in Jersey and Calhoun Counties.  Eagles migrate in large numbers along our three area rivers and organizers say you will see anywhere from one to dozens during the tour.

Scott Isringhausen has lead the tours for several years and although he now works as the Urban Fishing Coordinator with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, he still enjoys taking people out:
