A local congressman says there’s still more work to be done to fix the Affordable Care Act, and possibly repeal it. Davis says he supports allowing those age 26 and younger to remain on their parents health insurance, he supports making sure preexisting conditions are covered and making sure there are no lifetime caps on insurance coverage. He introduced a bill that is now in the senate that would give employers credit for hiring veterans who would not be counted in their overall employee numbers for health care if the veteran receives federal health benefits.
