A departure from “tribute” acts highlights the 2014 concert season at the Liberty Bank Alton Amphitheater. Kicking off with the previously announced John Michael Montgomery “Feed The Need” concert on June 7, the season continues with international pop stars Sugar Ray, Smash Mouth, Uncle Cracker and Sister Hazel on July 2. Kenny Rogers will take the stage on September 6.
Concert promoter Sam Foxman says he has had the task of matching the talent that is touring with the availabilities at the Amphitheater.
