With a few minutes of your time and a click of the mouse, you can help a Riverbend man continue to turn the proverbial lemons into lemonade. Scott Tinnon of East Alton was paralyzed in a crash in June of 2010. He is now in the running to win a new wheelchair – capable van.
His daughter, Faith Tinnon, says he needs reliable transportation so he can work at the Rehab Institute of St. Louis and help people who are dealing with the same hardships.
