The boss of retail giant Target is promising "significant changes" after the latest report that as many as 110-million customers were caught in a sweeping security breach. The CEO says company officials won't rest until they know how credit and debit card information of between 70-million and 110-million customers was stolen during the holiday shopping season. The Better Business Bureau is offering some advice if you have been impacted by the breach.
BBB manager Mike Harrison says the stolen information includes names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.
