BELLEVILLE - Caroline Stewart, a Girl Scout Ambassador from Belleville, held a grand opening this past weekend of the playground she rebuilt at Good Samaritan Center in Washington Park. Caroline rebuilt this playground for her Girl Scout Gold Award project.
