Wild Pickins Winery in Chesterfield,IL will be having its 1st annual ribs cookoff on May 17th. We open at 12:00, judging and food service starts at 3:00pm. There will be three categories, best sauce, dry rub and peoples choice. Plates will be $10.00 and includes ribs, coleslaw, and baked beans. The Outsiders(formerly Hcktown Accoustic) will be performing from 3-7pm.
