See the confluence of the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers through the eyes of area artists during "Artists By the River," from Noon to 5 p.m. Members of the Gateway East Artists' Guild will be on hand to create paintings showcasing the Tower and surrounding scenery. This Plein Air Art event is free and open to the public. There will be a reception honoring Sculptor Sue Lowry who is donating her copper sculpture, "Confluence" to the Tower's art collection.
