About this event

Get your garden growing at Hayner Library! Join us for a series of gardening classes to help you learn what to grow and how to grow it. Classes offer hands-on experience in sowing seeds and planting, taught by local gardening experts. In addition to being a source of fresh healthy produce, gardening can reduce stress, provide exercise, and even improve your emotional well-being. Children can learn new skills, have fun, and develop self-confidence by spending time in the garden tending plants and growing their own food. Parents and grandparents, bring your kids or grandkids, or come alone, and join us in gardening for fun and for health!
