  • 2nd Course: Choice of
    • Boursin Stuffed Chicken Breast with a Basil Cream Sauce, Sun-dried Tomato Risotto and a Spring Vegetable Medley
    • Pan Seared Halibut with a Lemon Caper Beurr Blanc Sauce, Tarragon Risotto and a Spring Vegetable Medley
    • Maple Bourbon Pork Belly with a Sweet Potato Puree and a Spring Vegetable Medley
