Nautilus Fitness Center will be having a Women's Self Defense Class on February 13 @ 9-12pm. Instructor Master Chris will be teaching how to effectively deal with the most common attacks against women. Cost is $25 for single and $40 nfor couple. Please call to register at 466-9115 by February 12th.
