A Precious Organization is having a Holiday Sickle "Cellebration" Toy and Blood Drive. Saturday, December 12, 2015, At the YWCA 304 E. 3rd St. Alton, IL 62002. The Blood Drive is from 2-6pm and the Dance and Talent Show starts at 4-8pm.
