Toddle Towne is having their Fall Festival on October 29th, 6:00pm-7:15pm. The activities include art in the dark, games, and door prizes. The children may wear their costumes. Then out to the street at 7:15pm to watch the East Alton Parade float by. Isn’t Halloween Fun!! The address is 163 North Shamrock, East Alton. You may also tour our building.
