Alton Symphony Orchestra with Great Rivers Choral Society and MORE!
The Alton Symphony Orchestra presents “One for All, All for One” 3pm Sunday February 22nd at Hatheway Cultural Center, Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey, Illinois.
This is one concert that you don’t want to miss! From the solo work of the next up and coming artist, through the vivacious energy of the Alton Youth Symphony, then to the glorious sound of the Great Rivers Choral Society singing the final movement of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 “Choral”, better known as “Ode to Joy”, conducted by Maestro Shane Williams, will have Music Coming Alive for All! These works ushered in with Rossini’s “Barber of Seville” and Verdi’s “Bella Fillia Dell’Amore” from Rigoletto, will provide an exhilarating evening of music for all!
