This is a series of 3 classes to prepare families for childbirth. Content includes anatomy and physiology of labor, pain management techniques, partner support, birth plans and options available at Anderson Pavilion for Women. Breathing and relaxation practice included.

Note:  This class takes place on the indicated weekday for 3 consecutive weeks from 6:00 - 8:30 pm.  This class is designed for the birth mother and her support person to attend together.  The fee covers both participants.
