Join us at Brickhouse Cardio Club for Zumba Fitness class every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am. Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba Gold is lower impact and slightly modified for participants who may be deconditioned or have chronic balance, knee or hip issues. No more "dreadmills" or ellipticals. Party with your friends while you get fit. Non-members are always welcome for a $5 drop-in fee with a signed participation waiver.
