On Monday, September 29th from 9:00am-10:00am, RX Outreach will be at Senior Services Plus to present "Eat Smart for a Healthy Heart". This presentation is being offered as part of Senior Services Plus free monthly fitness seminars.
Topics that will be discussed are "Eating Healthy on the Go", "The Salty Six: Do you know what they are?", and "5 Simple Changes You Can Make Today".
Refreshments will be provided for all who attend. This information is ideal for any individual looking to change their eating habits, or who may have a history of heart issues.
