Sat., Oct. 18, 2014 from 3-7 pm, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church will host Traveling Trivia to benefit SAK (Serving Area Kids), Alton's summer lunch program. Cost is $60 per car up to 6 persons, includes light supper, beer & soda, door prizes, music and fun for all. Participants begin their adventure at St. Paul's, corner of 3rd & Market in downtown Alton, and solve riddles leading them to 10 different historic sites in and around the Alton-Godfrey area. This historic scavenger hunt is an exciting way for history buffs and novices alike to see how much they know about the history of the Alton-Godfrey area while enjoying the beauty of the fall season as they drive from one site to the next. So get your friends and family together, brush up on your local history and enjoy a great fall afternoon that will help SAK feed the growing number of hungry kids in our community.
