Nuno Felting with Nicole Ottwell
Nuno felting is the use of wool roving supported by silk gauze or organza joined together to create a whole new cloth! Students will learn the wet process and how to microwave-dye silk. You will leave with Nuno felted scarf or handbag AND the knowledge to repeat and create amazing pieces. Classes meet 1 day a week for 3 weeks, 3 hour sessions (lots to learn!)
Cost for 3 weeks is $118.oo This includes supplies for the sample piece on the first class. Additional materials can be provided by the student or purchased on site.
