Matt Crane is from Brighton, IL. He has a wife, Amanda, a 10 year old daughter, Emma, and a 1 year old son Jace. Matt was diagnosed with a rare liver disorder in 2006, when he was told his liver would eventually completely shut down, requiring a liver transplant to live. This disease remained stable for years, but over the last several months his health quickly deteriorated, landing him on the liver transplant list on May 13th.
Now praying and awaiting a matched donor, he has become too sick to continue working. Cost of living, medical bills, and an extended leave from work have become overwhelming.
