Twilight Thursdays Return To The Tower - Confluence Tower announces summer sunset viewing dates
Looking for the best spot to view the sunset this summer? The Lewis and Clark Confluence Tower, 435 Confluence Tower Dr. in Hartford, announced that Twilight Thursdays are beginning in June and will continue through August on the first and third Thursdays of each month.
Twilight Thursdays will be held on June 12 and 26, July 10 and 24 and Aug. 7 and 21. The June and July events run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and the August events run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitors are always welcome to stay until nightfall.
Admission is $5, which includes unlimited trips up to the 180-foot Tower’s three viewing platforms at 50, 100 and 150 feet.
Visitors will be able to view the stunning summer sunsets over the confluence of the Missouri and Mississippi River. Whether you are with family, friends, a special someone or alone to enjoy the view, the Tower is a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The Tower has synced the Twilight Thursdays with the lunar cycle, so visitors can expect to see every new and full moon. Make sure to check the times of the sunset to plan your trip accordingly!
