Villa Rose Senior Living Community in Bethalto is adding new one-bedroom suites for seniors who are looking to give up the burdens of home ownership for a simpler, safer lifestyle.
The newly-renovated, 726 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartments feature a full kitchen with all appliances; large master suite with a 6�X10� walk-in closet; washer and dryer; ceramic tile in kitchen and bath, and oak cabinets. The apartments are ADA compliant with walk-in showers. The rental program for the suites offers the same services and amenities that come with the rest of the Villa Rose apartments, including: three meals a day, 24-hour emergency response; weekly housekeeping and linen service; TV service with 60 channels; and Internet service. The first phase of the bigger apartments will be completed in mid-to-late August.
