Aug 11, 2009
On September 1, 2009 meet with past and current members of SCORE (Service Core Of Retired Executives) for insights on how to start a new business and strive for profits.
SCORE is hosting an Open House from 10 AM to Noon at the Hayner
Library-Mall Branch.
Free refreshments will be served. Meet and greet with counselors that will
support you.
SCORE's purpose is to counsel the small business community with special
emphasis on "start-up" assistance. Our members also help existing small businesses with
problems and challenges they may be facing.
Our counselors have the knowledge, expertise, and desire to help bridge any
gaps that could separate you and your small business from success.
SCORE's goal is to match members' expertise with the particular areas in
which a client is seeking assistance. Additional SCORE members may be called on for their
specialized expertise if the SCORE counselor and client feel this extra support will be
helpful
The local SCORE chapter serves Bond, Calhoun, Clinton, Greene, Hersey, Madison, Monroe, St. Clair, and Washington counties.
