2009 Relay For Life of Jersey County Planning Continues
Steering Committee Volunteers Still Needed; Relay Event Slated for the First Weekend in June
(Jerseyville, IL � December 9, 2008) � Planning for the 2009 American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Jersey County continues and volunteers are still needed for the Steering Committee. A Steering Committee meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, December 18, 2008 at Jersey Community High School from 6 to 7 p.m. Anyone who is interested in helping with planning for this event is welcome to attend. Volunteers are specifically needed to work on Event Coordination; Team Development, Recruitment, and Fundraising; Logistics; and the Survivor Dinner.
The Jersey County Relay event is slated to take place on the first weekend in June.
